Brush systems and accessories for industrial and floor cleaning applications

Our family has been concerned with the manufacture and sale of technical brushes for more than 100 years and is today by the 4th generation of the family. Our product range comprises brushes of virtually every sweeping and floor cleaning machine, for snow removal, for the upkeep of lawns and sports fields and many other industrial applications. Whilst constantly adopting the latest cleaning techniques, we also develop our products for industrial and floor cleaning. In recent years we have supplemented the products from our own manufacturing with parts subject to wear and tear relevant to the sector.

Lateral brushes

Made-to-measure lateral brushes with standard bristles and also with special bristle combinations capable of reaching into every nook and cranny.

Roller brushes

Weber roller brushes get the job done! A wide variety of bristle types and bristle arrangements finely tuned to the machine ensure that even in the difficult applications cleaning is thorough and efficient.

Circular brushes

Just as the applications of so-called single-brush machines and of scrubbing machines are many and various - the demands on our circular brushes are considerable too. A lot of experience is necessary to achieve optimum results - whether the application is polishing, scrubbing, scouring or removing layers.

Roller brushes

Our brush rollers are indispensable for professional floor- cleaning purposes and are also widely used in specialist appli-cations such as cleaning escalators. Our parameters for effective brushing technology in this case and in others: Selection of raw materials according to quality, ultra-modern production facilities and an experienced team of employees.

Pad holder

As well as the variety of the Floor-pads, as high are the demands on the pad holders. Universal pad holders for standard floor pads and balanced high-speed pad holders for gleaming applications – tested and well-tried.

Floor pads

We offer floor pads of the JANEX^® brand exclusive. Our own production guarantees highest flexibility of quantities and delivery time.

Vacuum motors

We are also able to provide you with vacuum motors for the prevailing models of vacuum machines, floor cleaning machines and industrial vacuum-cleaners - tangential or peripheral air outlet.

Squeegee blades

Our squeeggee blades are made from natural materials like Para or natural gum, but also from synthetically produced plastics like PVC or PU. Precision tools are used in the production process to get especially exact edges.
